华盛顿邮报很不错的文章，讲到“Story Telling”在领导力方面的应用。写得很简短但是要点都在其中了，相信长文章大家也不爱看。作者是斯坦福大学商学院组织行为学（Organizational Behavior）教授Jeffrey Pfeffer。 作者认为一个成功的领导者在讲述自己的故事的时候，他更像一个真实的人，他讲的内容也更可信和可被理解，也从而能更有效地影响他人。 我的经验，一个好的Story Telling需要运用STAR-L的模型。比较广为人知的是STAR模型，就是： S – Situation，描述一个情境 T – Task，介绍你在其中的任务 A – Action，讲解你采取的行动 R – Result，总结最终的结果 但是这些是不够的，一定要记得加上L，也就是learning，你从中学到了什么？你如何将其应用到其它的任务中？你犯了什么错误？你怎样在之后避免类似的问题？ 事实上，这一思路不光适用于领导者的沟通，也完全可以在求职或者求学面试的时候使用。 On Being “Path Dependent” The best leaders weave their personal stories into their influence attempts.
